Built Small on Purpose: Tillmans Cherry Chill Mints
Tillmans Tranquils Cherry Chill Mints come ten to a pack, and every one is a small cherry mint made with hemp-derived Delta 9 THC and CBD. The whole pack holds 25mg of Delta 9 and 50mg of CBD, so there's twice as much CBD as THC from the first mint to the last. Tillmans uses a full-spectrum hemp extract, which means other naturally occurring cannabinoids come along with the two on the label. You let a mint melt on your tongue instead of chewing it.
The point of this pack is the small amount in each piece. Every mint holds just 2.5mg of Delta 9 and 5mg of CBD, so each one is a light, measured step, which is why it sits with our microdose THC edibles. If a full gummy has ever felt like more than you wanted, this is the slower way in.
On our shelves, Tillmans is better known for big-number treats, like a cereal bar that carries 100mg of Delta 9 on its own. These mints sit at the opposite end of the lineup. Ten identical pieces also make it easy to keep track of how much of the pack is gone, and the zipper keeps the rest from rattling loose at the bottom of a bag.
The 2:1 CBD-to-THC lean isn't unique to mints. Cycling Frog THC Seltzer uses the same balance in a 12oz can. The difference is where you'd use it. A seltzer works at a backyard table. Mints fit a long walk, a picnic blanket, or anywhere a can would look out of place.
Candy that dissolves slowly is its own small corner of edibles. Lifted Lollies CBD + Delta-9 THC Candy also melts on the tongue, but it flips the ratio so THC leads, and a single lollipop is much stronger than one of these mints. Pick the lollipop for a bigger session. Cherry Chill makes more sense when you'd rather keep each step small.
Each mint carries around a gram of sugar, and Tillmans calls the recipe low sugar rather than sugar-free. The brand also lists the mints as vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and non-GMO, with no high-fructose corn syrup. Their smooth outer finish comes from carnauba wax, a plant wax taken from Brazilian palm leaves.
How you take it changes the timing. Tillmans says a mint left to dissolve tends to show up in about 20 minutes, while one that gets swallowed takes closer to 30 to 40. Everyone's body is different, so treat those as rough numbers. Either way, slow and steady suits this format better than crunching through it. It helps to glance at the clock when you take the first mint, so you know how long it's really been before you reach for another.

What to Do With the Other Nine
These look and taste a lot like ordinary breath mints, and that's easy to forget. Keep the pack zipped and separate from your regular mints, out of cup holders and coat pockets other people reach into. At home, store it where kids and pets can't get to it.
