Cookies — Berner and Jai Chang, San Francisco 2010, World's Most Recognised Cannabis Brand, 70-Plus Proprietary Cultivars, Strain-Specific Hemp Flower Vapes Pre-Rolls Gummies.

Cookies is the San Francisco cannabis and lifestyle brand co-founded by Berner and Jai Chang in 2010, the most globally recognised cannabis brand in the world. Over 70 proprietary cultivars, 65-plus retail locations across six countries, AdAge Hottest Brand 2021 and the Forbes cover — the first cannabis entrepreneur on that cover since the magazine's 1917 founding. ProCannabis carries Cookies hemp flower, vapes, pre-rolls, gummies and HHC smokes.

What Is Cookies and Who Are Berner and Jai Chang Behind the World's Most Recognized Cannabis Brand?

Not the food. Not your browser history. Cookies is the cannabis and lifestyle brand co-founded in San Francisco by Berner — Gilbert Anthony Milam Jr., born October 27, 1983 — and grow expert Jai Chang, built on the Girl Scout Cookies strain the two developed together and that went on to become one of the most widely replicated cannabis genetics in dispensary history worldwide. Berner was a budtender at the Hemp Center in San Francisco at 18. He hand-delivered a five-foot cannabis plant to Wiz Khalifa during a live set. Khalifa signed him to Taylor Gang Records in 2012. Berner trademarked Cookies SF in 2013. The first retail store opened in Los Angeles in 2018.

What followed is documented: AdAge named Cookies one of America's 20 Hottest Brands in 2021 — the first cannabis brand ever on that list. The Forbes cover came next, the first cannabis entrepreneur to appear on it since Forbes was founded in 1917. Today Cookies runs over 70 proprietary cannabis cultivars, more than 2,000 products and 65-plus retail locations across 20 markets in six countries, with a genetics research facility in Humboldt, California breeding new strains on a continuous cycle. The Lemonnade sub-brand extends the catalog into a distinct product identity under the same operational roof. The hemp line at ProCannabis — flower, vapes, pre-rolls, gummies and HHC smokes — is the federally compliant, nationwide-shipping extension of everything Cookies has built since that San Francisco garage in 2010.

What Cookies Hemp Products Does ProCannabis Carry — HHC Smokes, Delta-8 Carts and the Full Format Range?

Two Cookies formats are at ProCannabis now, with the full catalog restocking as inventory moves. Both carry authentic Cookies strain genetics and terpene profiles — not commodity hemp extract with a brand label on it. The full range of Cookies strain-specific vapes and hemp products at ProCannabis is available across Cookies Delta-8 vape cartridges and strain-specific hemp vapes as the catalog restocks.

The Cookies HHC Hemp Smokes — Ooh La La 10-pack is the cigarette-format hemp smoke: ten pre-rolled HHC-infused cigarettes totalling approximately 8 grams of CBD and CBG flower per pack, over 600mg HHC total, infused with Cookies-exclusive terpenes. Nicotine-free, tobacco-free. The Ooh La La strain is a hybrid with a bakery-forward aroma — vanilla frosting, spice cake, a hint of fruit. That flavor profile is not accidental. It reflects a decade of Cookies strain development around dessert-forward cultivar identities. HHC — hexahydrocannabinol, a hydrogenated form of THC — is psychoactive, estimated in user reports and early research at roughly 70 to 80 percent of Delta-9 THC potency per milligram. For the buyer who wants the Cookies strain experience in a smoke-session format that ships legally to all 50 states, this is the product.

The Cookies Delta-8 Vape Cartridge 1g carries a full gram of Delta-8 distillate infused with Cookies strain-specific terpenes on a 510-thread cart compatible with any standard battery. No fillers, no cutting agents — the Cookies approach to terpene profiles applied to a Delta-8 distillate base. Delta-8 THC binds to the same CB1 receptors as Delta-9 at roughly 50 to 70 percent of the psychoactive potency, lower anxiety profile, same format versatility. Strain options rotate with inventory — check the ProCannabis product page for current availability.

How Does Cookies Build Its Strain-Specific Terpene Profiles and What Makes Cookies Genetics Different From Generic Hemp?

Most hemp vapes and hemp flower products on the market use a two-step approach: source commodity hemp biomass, extract cannabinoids, add terpenes from a separate supplier's inventory. The terpenes that end up in the product may be cannabis-derived, may be botanical, may be synthetic — and almost certainly were not developed in relation to the specific strain name on the label. Cookies does not work that way. The brand's genetics operation in Humboldt, California breeds new cultivars continuously, and the terpene profiles in Cookies products — Cereal Milk, Gelatti, London Pound Cake, Gary Payton, Tequila Sunrise, Cheetah Piss, Apples and Bananas — are the actual terpene expressions of those proprietary genetics, not marketing names applied to generic distillate.

That distinction is what "strain-specific" means at the Cookies level. Gary Payton — developed in collaboration with NBA champion Gary Payton II — has a documented terpene profile that experienced cannabis consumers can identify. Cereal Milk has a specific creamy, berry, tropical flavor signature that Cookies developed and that has been widely replicated precisely because it is recognisable. London Pound Cake 75 carries an indica-dominant profile with a flavor complexity — citrus, berry, vanilla — that reflects breeding rather than flavor addition. That is the asset Cookies transfers to its hemp product line: 70-plus cultivars with established terpene identities, not flavor labels.

What Is the Complete Cookies Hemp Catalog — Flower, Pre-Rolls, Vapes, Gummies and the Full Range?

The Cookies hemp catalog spans six product categories. The flower line runs across 3.5g bags and tubs in strains including Apples and Bananas, Berry Pie, Cheetah Piss, Cereal Milk, Fish Scale, Gelatti, Honey Bun, Laughing Gas, London Pound Cake and Ocean Beach — plus 1g bags, 1oz and 1lb bulk bags for volume buyers. The THCp Flower line applies Cookies genetics to a THCp-infused format for high-potency consumers. Moonrocks round out the flower category. The Lemonnade sub-brand adds its own 3.5g flower bag to the catalog alongside the core Cookies range. The full range of Cookies strain-specific hemp flower and pre-rolls at ProCannabis sits alongside Cookies strain-specific hemp flower and pre-roll formats across all available brands.

The pre-roll line covers non-infused 1g singles, diamond-infused 1g 2-packs in Pacman, GMO, Permanent Marker, Apple Fritters, Gary Payton and Cheetah Piss, and the THCp Infused Hashhole 1.5g in London Pound Cake, Adios MF, Long Island and Melted Sherbert — one of the more technically demanding pre-roll formats available in the hemp market, where the hashhole running through the center of the pre-roll creates a continuous concentrate exposure as it burns. The Slugger Juiced 5-pack Indica Adios and Lemonnade Infused Pre-rolls complete the pre-roll catalog alongside pre-roll bundles. The vape line runs 510 cartridges in nine strain options — London Pound Cake, Gelatti, Tequila Sunrise, Apples and Bananas, Gary Payton, Cereal Milk, Pancakes, Biscotti and Lemon Pound Cake — plus 3G disposables in Cereal Milk, Blue Razz, Adios MF and Tequila Sunrise, 5G disposables in Apples and Bananas, Adios MF and Tequila Sunrise, a dual chamber disposable, and Lemonnade 2G and 5G disposables.

The gummies and edibles line covers five tiers: Infused Gummies 10mg for standard recreational dosing, Infused Gummies 100mg for experienced buyers, Infused Gummies 400mg Signature Blend for high-potency consumers — the strongest gummy format Cookies makes — CBD Gummies with no THC for buyers who want the Cookies brand without psychoactive effect, and Lemonnade Infused Gummies 100mg. Mushroom Gummies and a Chocolates and Cookies baked goods line extend the edible catalog beyond traditional gummy formats. The HHC Hemp Smokes complete the range with the Ooh La La cigarette-format hemp smoke currently at ProCannabis.

Who Is Cookies For — Cannabis Heritage, Lifestyle Brand and Why the Strain-Specific Approach Matters to Buyers?

Cookies buyers are not buying a hemp supplement. They're buying into a strain catalog with 15 years of genetics development behind it and a brand identity built in the same culture that produced the Girl Scout Cookies strain itself. That matters for a specific kind of buyer — someone who has spent time in legal cannabis markets, knows what Gelatti or Cereal Milk smells like, and wants that authentic strain experience in a format that ships to their state without a dispensary visit. That buyer exists in enormous numbers in states where adult-use cannabis remains illegal, and Cookies' hemp line reaches them directly.

For buyers newer to cannabis, Cookies offers something different: a brand with enough cultural credibility and enough documented genetics quality that the product is unlikely to disappoint. Most hemp brands exist only in the hemp space. Cookies is a brand that earned its reputation in the licensed cannabis market first — over 70 proprietary cultivars, verified terpene profiles, dispensary presence across six countries — and extended into hemp because the genetics and the infrastructure already existed. That provenance is what separates Cookies from the hundreds of hemp brands producing strain-named vapes and pre-rolls with no actual strain genetics behind the name. The hemp line at ProCannabis carries that provenance directly — the same Cookies strain-specific terpene profiles available nationwide through a New York State licensed hemp retailer.

    Frequently Asked Questions About Cookies

It's the real brand. Cookies at ProCannabis is the hemp product line from the same company founded by Berner and Jai Chang in San Francisco in 2010 — the one with 70-plus proprietary cultivars, the AdAge Hottest Brands 2021 recognition and the Forbes cover. The hemp line is manufactured through an exclusive license with 22nd Century Group and GVB Biopharma, the same manufacturing partner that has produced Cookies hemp products for years. The strain names, terpene profiles and genetics come from the actual Cookies cultivation program in Humboldt, California — not from a white-label hemp supplier who put a recognisable brand name on commodity extract.

Counterfeit Cookies products exist in the grey market and are worth knowing about. The tell is packaging: authentic Cookies products carry batch- specific QR codes linking to third-party lab results, the distinctive Cookies SF blue branding with registered trademark markings, and product descriptions that reference specific cultivar names — not just "OG" or "Sativa Blend." If you are buying Cookies at ProCannabis, you are buying from a New York State licensed hemp retailer carrying the authenticated product line.

The HHC Hemp Smokes are cigarette-format hemp smokes — ten per pack, pre-rolled, nicotine-free and tobacco-free. HHC is hexahydrocannabinol, a hydrogenated form of THC. The psychoactive effect is real. User reports and early research estimate HHC at roughly 70 to 80 percent of Delta-9 THC potency per milligram, with a slightly longer shelf life than standard Delta-8 or Delta-9 due to the hydrogen bonds making the molecule more resistant to oxidation. Each pack carries over 600mg HHC across approximately 8 grams of CBD and CBG flower infused with Cookies-exclusive Ooh La La terpenes — vanilla frosting, spice cake, a hint of fruit.

Worth it over a standard pre-roll? That depends what you are comparing against. Versus a generic hemp pre-roll with no named genetics and no authentic terpene profile: yes, the Cookies HHC Smokes carry a meaningfully better flavor and a more complex effect profile. Versus a Cookies Diamond-Infused pre-roll or THCp Hashhole from the full catalog: those deliver higher-end formats and more specific strain experiences. The HHC Smokes sit in the everyday-carry tier of the Cookies range — the format for buyers who want the Cookies strain identity in a cigarette pack they can put in a pocket and smoke without any additional hardware.

Nine strains in the 510 cartridge line: London Pound Cake, Gelatti, Tequila Sunrise, Apples and Bananas, Gary Payton, Cereal Milk, Pancakes, Biscotti and Lemon Pound Cake. The disposable line runs 3G and 5G formats in Cereal Milk, Blue Razz, Adios MF and Tequila Sunrise for the 3G tier, and Apples and Bananas, Adios MF and Tequila Sunrise in the 5G tier. Lemonnade sub-brand disposables run 2G and 5G. The dual chamber disposable lets you run two strains from a single device.

Format choice comes down to how you use it. 510 carts require a battery — any standard 510- thread device works — and give you the flexibility to swap strains between sessions, store the cart when not in use and control the temperature through your battery's settings. Disposables are self- contained and draw-activated, which means no charging routine and nothing extra to carry. The 5G size gives experienced daily users several weeks of use from a single device. For strain variety, the 510 carts win. For portability and simplicity, the disposables win. Most Cookies vape buyers end up with one of each for different contexts rather than committing to one format exclusively.

Yes, depending on the product. HHC products — including the Ooh La La Hemp Smokes at ProCannabis — are psychoactive. Delta-8 products including the vape cartridges are psychoactive. THCp products are highly psychoactive, estimated at 30 times the CB1 receptor binding affinity of Delta-9 THC in pharmacological research, making the THCp Infused Hashholes and THCp Flower the most potent formats in the Cookies hemp line. CBD Gummies carry no psychoactive component at all. So the honest answer to "does it get you high" is: it depends entirely which Cookies product you are asking about.

Compared to dispensary Cookies: hemp-derived formats operate at different potency ceilings. Delta-8 runs at roughly 50 to 70 percent of Delta-9 THC potency. HHC at roughly 70 to 80 percent. THCp products are the exception and exceed standard Delta-9 at equivalent milligram counts due to the binding affinity difference. The strain-specific terpene profiles in Cookies hemp products are the same genetics as the dispensary line — Cereal Milk, Gary Payton, London Pound Cake all taste like they are supposed to taste. The cannabinoid potency ceiling differs by format. Buyers who come from the licensed dispensary Cookies line and want the closest equivalent should look at the THCp or high-dose HHC formats rather than standard Delta-8.

Berner is Gilbert Anthony Milam Jr., born October 27, 1983 in San Francisco. He got his medical cannabis card at 18, worked as a budtender at the Hemp Center in San Francisco, got signed to Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang Records in 2012 after famously hand-delivering a five-foot cannabis plant to Khalifa during a live show, and trademarked Cookies SF the following year. What he built from there is not a celebrity vanity brand. It is a genetics operation that breeds new cultivars around the clock in a Humboldt facility, a retail network spanning six countries, 46 solo albums released independently and the first cannabis entrepreneur to appear on the cover of Forbes since the magazine's 1917 founding.

Why it matters for buyers: Berner's involvement is not marketing-only. He described his approach in a 2023 interview — "like most people will just hire a tomato farmer and get what they can get and grow it in bulk and it just sucks. But we like to get the best, most interesting flavors. When you're a connoisseur of the plant then you're going to come with some heat." That philosophy is directly reflected in the 70-plus proprietary cultivar library and the strain-specific terpene profiles that make Cookies products identifiable by experienced cannabis consumers without looking at the label. The hemp line at ProCannabis carries that same genetic heritage in federally compliant formats — it is Cookies, not a licensed imitation of it.
