USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all available as shipping options via us.

Choosing a shipping method that does not include insurance means that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods during transit. There is little we can do to aid you if your shipment disappears after delivery if the tracking information indicates that it was delivered to the correct address. Please contact the shipping company; if your shipment was insured, we can make a claim with them and have it replaced for the amount of coverage. We are a tiny company that relies on returning customers, so please select a delivery method that suits your needs.

If you purchased shipping insurance with your order, please email us photos of the damaged box upon receipt so that we may file a claim on your behalf if your product arrives damaged.

However, USPS's First Class Package service does not provide insurance, simply tracking. Please select Priority mail or let us know if you'd want us to add insurance for an extra cost.

After your package leaves PRO CANNABIS' hands, we have no say over when you'll get it or how long it will take to arrive. There are times when the US Postal Service can be counted on, and other times when they can't; for example, around the holidays and because of Covid. We choose the United States Postal Service because they offer the most affordable shipping alternatives and they benefit our local economy.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped the same business day.

Incorrect address information:

Before submitting your order, double check the shipping and billing addresses you provided. If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment may be delayed or even returned. If the product is returned to PRO CANNABIS because the client gave an erroneous or incomplete mailing address, the package will not be re-sent unless the consumer pays a 15% restocking and shipping charge.

 

Products absent:

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any problems with your order (such as damage, missing items, or errors). All we ask is that you snap some photos of the packing slip and the goods you received. We'll help you fix the problem after you've submitted your claim for approval.

Please note that if you contact us after 48 hours regarding a defective product, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or accept responsibility for the item. There are many factors outside of our control — such as weather conditions, storage environment, charging habits, and handling — that can cause a product to become defective after it has left our facility. We cannot be held responsible for damage or defects caused by conditions beyond our control.

 

Items Being Returned:

Only unused and unopened items can be returned. A refund may be provided for the item less a 15% restocking charge if it is received and proved to be unopened and untainted.

Cost of shipping will be borne by the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

You acknowledge, by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, that the consumable or topical goods you have purchased include cannabinoids from hemp oil. As the FDA has not yet reviewed these items, we cannot guarantee their efficacy. You are making a decision to buy the things we sell based on your own assessment of the value you assign to them. For 14 days after purchase, you can return any unused goods for a full refund. Since not all of our items are created equal, if you are unhappy with one of these, we will give you a voucher good for 20% off the purchase of something else from our shop. We are unable to provide a manufacturer's warranty on the items we sell since we are not the original manufacturer.

We guarantee a complete refund if you send the goods back to us within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been opened. By clicking "I agree" to the purchase conditions, you confirm that you have read and understand the refund policy.
