Founded in 2015 to Remove the Barriers to Dabbing — The Stache Origin

The Patented RiO (Rig in One) — Torch-Powered, No Battery, Unique Marble Base

The RiO is Stache's flagship product and the one that established the brand's reputation. It is a patented all-in-one portable dab rig that integrates a borosilicate glass micro-rig, a showerhead percolator, a core quartz banger and a refillable butane torch into a single device. No battery. No coil. No external torch held separately. The torch is housed inside a poured marble resin base positioned to align directly with the bottom of the quartz banger — the user lights the torch and takes a hands-free cold-start dab without managing multiple pieces.

The marble resin base is the detail that makes each RiO physically distinct from every other: each base is hand-poured with a swirling marble design produced by the pour itself, meaning no two RiOs share the same base pattern. The borosilicate glass micro-rig with showerhead percolator provides water filtration for the vapour. Unlike the majority of portable e-rigs that use electronic heating elements and rechargeable batteries, the RiO's torch power means no battery charge dependency and no coil degradation — the quartz banger is replaceable if needed, but there is no electronic element to fail. ConNectar — How a 510 Attachment Converts Any Button Battery Into a Nectar Collector

The ConNectar is the Pro Cannabis-stocked Stache product. It is a three-piece 510-thread attachment — base, coil and tip — that screws onto any standard button-controlled 510 battery and converts it into a portable nectar collector. The buyer provides the battery. The ConNectar adds the nectar collector capability for the cost of the attachment alone rather than requiring a new device.

The single compatibility requirement: button-controlled batteries only. The coil must be manually fired by pressing and holding the battery button while dipping the tip into concentrate. Auto-draw batteries — those that activate on inhalation — cannot manually fire the coil on demand and are not compatible. Stache's own NOD battery is auto-draw and does not work with the ConNectar. Clapton Coil vs Crushed Quartz — The Two ConNectar Coil Options

The coil determines the vapour character and maintenance behaviour of the ConNectar. Both coils are compatible with the same ConNectar base — the choice affects the session, not the hardware.

The Clapton Coil (included as standard) wraps a thin resistance wire around a thicker core wire, creating significantly more heated surface area than a single-wire coil. More surface area means fuller vapour production and stronger flavour expression from the same quantity of concentrate. The Clapton coil heats evenly, is straightforward to clean and is more durable under repeated heat cycling than crushed quartz. Best for buyers who want reliable cloud density and flavour without extra maintenance attention.

The Crushed Quartz Coil (sold separately) uses a bed of crushed quartz crystal that vaporises concentrate on direct contact. Quartz is an inert material — it contributes no metallic taste to the vapour, which some consumers notice from metal coils at higher temperatures. Quartz also retains heat well, allowing lower-temperature dabs that preserve more terpene character in the vapour. The trade-offs: crushed quartz is more fragile than a Clapton coil, harder to clean thoroughly after a session and less resistant to impact.
